Daedalus Artisan began as Phreshnet.com and remains the flagship company of Phreshnet Ventures LLC. In 1999 I started Phreshnet as a web design shop, providing static websites for small business on a budget. Our mission then is our mission now, to give small business’ the opportunity to grow and thrive on the Internet. Our methods have changed, today, building a website is the easy part. The challenge is making it work. Our business used to be about constructing the website, about making the code do what we wished it to do. The job was all about producing a product, the business model was the clients problem. Now, anyone can build an acceptable website, but how do you get it out there? How do you adapt the technology to make money for your business? We know, we have been in the trenches for over 10 years learning with the new medium that is the Internet. We have seen “Web1.0″ fade into the past and a new paradigm emerge as the successful model for today and the future.
